Pilot’s Seat
Inspired by the Eames Company's wartime prototypes during WWII, this work reimagines a plywood pilot's seat as a mid-century reading chair. Taking form from the airplanes themselves with a hull-like room divider and turret-like lamp, this chair transports the users to a scenario both adventurous and traumatic.
